Legal Aid – Criminal
Parker & Kissane is able to accept Legal Aid work. If you believe you are eligible for Legal Aid, we can assist you in your application. If you are already represented by Legal Aid and would like us to represent you, we can arrange a transfer of your file from Legal Aid and continue your representation on a legally-aided basis.
Agency
We accept instructions to appear as Agent in all Courts and jurisdictions. If your firm has matters in our area and is unable to attend court, we would be happy to assist your client on an agency basis. If you would like to instruct us as agent, please contact us by phone or email and provide details of your matter with clear instructions to enable us to confirm that we can appear on your behalf.
